Process

One source of truth,two engines

Every case study on this site shows an outcome. These pages show the machines behind them — how work gets made, and how the people it is for get found.

Two loops, one knowledge base between them. Everything each loop learns writes into it, and every automated stage reads back out — which is what makes an agent build the right thing rather than a plausible one.

Each engine ends with its own limits and failure modes, because a process presented without them is a sales pitch.

How the two engines connect
One knowledge base, two engines, one feedback path. The engines never talk to each other directly — they meet in the middle, which is why what the content engine learns about demand can change what the product engine builds next.

The engines

Half an hour, no deck. Where your current loop leaks, which stage would pay back first, where automation would actually help, and what still needs a person to look at it before it ships.
